Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is a popular and effective form of exercise therapy conducted in a pool. Water is maintained at 32 degrees to assist with aches, pains and tissue healing.  Hydrotherapy can reduce the impact of exercise on bones and joints, which is important in certain conditions.  Exercises are tailored towards your recovery goals and supervised to ensure correct technique.
